For the past two years, I've been with the Hong Kong Observatory, primarily converting complex meteorological science, into accessible content for social media platforms.
Our approachable, creative, and timely content has successfully grown our fan base organically.
Meanwhile, we consistently innovate with our mascot "Dr. Tin," enhancing its image to foster greater audience loyalty through 3D rendering, TV program, short videos and even events like Openday visit.
Results? This strategy has organically grown our Facebook likes from 280k to 333k and Instagram followers from 56.9k to 83.1k.
